1. About these terms

This website is operated by Glowloft. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Glowloft. By visiting our site or buying something from us, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Return and Refund Policy, which form part of these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use this site.

2. Who can order

You must be at least the age of majority in your state to use this site, and you may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorised purpose. You agree not to reproduce, copy, resell or exploit any part of the site without our express written permission.

3. Where we sell

We sell and ship within the United States only. We do not accept international orders, and we cannot deliver to addresses outside the US, to freight forwarders, or to APO, FPO and DPO addresses. If such an order is placed, we will cancel and refund it in full rather than ship it.

4. Products, prices and availability

All prices are shown in US dollars and may change at any time without notice. We have made every effort to display our products and their colours accurately, but we cannot guarantee your screen renders colour exactly — a warm white on your monitor may differ slightly from the light in your room.

Product descriptions, dimensions and specifications are provided in good faith. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse any order, or discontinue a product at any time. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we refund it in full.

5. Errors

Occasionally information on this site may contain a typographical error or inaccuracy relating to a price, description, promotion or availability. We reserve the right to correct such errors and to cancel orders placed on incorrect information, refunding you in full. We are under no obligation to update information on the site except as required by law.

6. Installation and safety

Our lighting is sold for ordinary domestic use and is supplied for US voltage and outlets. Hardwired fixtures should be installed by a qualified electrician in accordance with local electrical codes. Do not exceed the maximum wattage stated for a fixture, and do not use an indoor fixture outdoors. We are not liable for damage or injury resulting from improper installation, modification or use of a product.

7. Your account and information

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate and current information for every purchase, and to update it as needed so we can complete your order and contact you.

8. Third-party links and services

This site may link to third-party services, including our tracking lookup and payment providers. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy or practices of third parties, and reviewing their own terms and privacy policies before using them is your responsibility.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Glowloft is not liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or any product purchased from it. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.
